Complex Installation covers the residential installation for generators up to the  24-26kw Air Cooled Unit.  All installation quotes must be done on site as no two installations are the same.  The price listed is the basic price for a complex installation.  Larger Units require heavy machinery such as a crane due to the weight and size of units.  Larger gas lines installed.  Typically placed farther away to keep out of site which increases the difficulty of install.

• Wiring Diagrams required For Permitting
• Fuel Source with Gas Line Piping Size currently there and any size adjustments needed. For Permitting

• City Utility Changes ( Gas Meter)
• Large Concrete Pad Construction
• Delivery and Placement of the Unit with crane.
• Electrical Wiring Connections including transfer switch.
• Fuel Line Connection to City Gas.
• Distances from Generator to both Gas Meter and Panel up to 40′ Each.
• Start Up and Demonstration of the Unit with Homeowner.
• Connection to Generac Mobile Link for remote monitoring/
• Final Inspections
• Product and Warranty Registration.
